International Order Frequency Asked Question
Q: What is the format of DVD? Is may DVD player play nowondvd products?
A: All of our DVD is NTSC format, and either Region Free or Region 2. All regional code information is included in the bottom of each DVD description.
So please ,make sure that your DVD player will play our DVDs
Q: So what is NTSC?
A: NTSC is one of two types of video signal, (the other one is PAL and SECAM). NTSC format is commonly used in Asia and the United States, and PAL format is for European nations, SECAM is used in France and some African nations. All nowtondvd is NTSC format, so you can not play with a PAL DVD Player or a SECAM DVD player.
Q: Which format of Regional Code, nowondvd use?
A: Nowondvd uses two types of Regional Codes. One is "Regional Free", it means no Regional Code protection, and it can play with any NTSC DVD player. Other is ﾒRegional Code 2,ﾓ which is for Japan, South Africa, Middle East and some European nations. So please make sure your DVD player support the regional codes of DVD of your interest.
Q: Is my computer play nowondvd products?
A: Normally DVD player on PC/Mac plays both NTSC and PAL DVD, but support for RRegional Code depends on is vary depending on a type of DVD application you have. So please make sure that your DVD player application supports signal format (NTSC/PAL.SECAM) and regional codes of your DVD of interest.

Q: What kind of payment method do we need to use?
A: Payment of your purchase is Credit Card only. We accept either Visa/Master card.

Shipping
Q: What type of shipping you use?
A: We use Express Mail Service by Japanese Postal Service. As it is fast and secure way to send package than normal air-mail. Shipping fee is depends on the weight of the package, and where you live. So if you tell us, where you live, and which DVD you like to order, we can estimate shipping fees and create invoice of your package.
Q: How long it takes to get the DVD?
A: After confirmation of your payment, delivery of products is usually takes 5 days to few weeks, depending on delivery place.
